                                   Having been sent chilli seeds by the BBC One Show programme as part of their ‘dig in’ campaign, we planted them in the school greenhouse along with all the other fruit, flowers and vegetables that we had started to seed.  The One Show thought it would be nice to get the nation growing chillies – so they gave away chilli seeds on a recent show.   I have been working in the greenhouse and with my friends in gardening club helped to look after the chilli plants and water them at least twice a week during breaktimes.  I have done lots of exciting things thanks to Mrs Davies who has made Y8 the best yet, I have got to go on many trips and learnt a lot about plants and wildlife.

Back to the chilli plants (me, Daniel, Jonathan, Ryan, Mrs Davies and the others in garden club) have been taking care of the chilli plants, the pumpkins, carrots and other vegetables and have planted some of them outside.  We are going to grow lots of new seeds and I really enjoy being in the new garden.  I hope you like my blog and my friends blogs too!    Bye!!!!!
